She rightfully pressed him on costings and spending. He’s initiated there will be further spending above the governments budget.

Karvelas pressed Marles on what Labor are actually offering if they are backing all of the governments commitments, he answered with their commitment to aged care

Karvelas then pressed him on where the nurses are coming from to which he couldn’t answer.

This is a worrying sign for Labor, as Marles is generally one of their better speakers, particularly while under pressure.

Labor will hope insiders doesn’t rank on the viewing ratings..
