Patriot Battery Metals today launched their highly anticipated prospectus on the ASX with a fully subscribed offering of CDI units priced at A $.60 each with a 10:1 conversion a full share is priced at A $6.00. Due to the demand for the offering it is expected to close on Nov 21 and there will be no offering to the general public.
Also announced the AGM will be postponed until Feb 14/23 due to scheduling conflicts with the ASX listing. Exciting times ahead!
