Did it take them 9 months to come up with this rubbish of a hastily written announcement (unless it's deliberate to piss off more long suffering shareholders)? Surely they could have announced it much earlier, since there are no technicalities that would have needed months and months and months to be discussed and agreed upon by both Parties....
Hm? Something tells me that another, much more favorable announcement (Gastric Cancer DEAL?) is around the corner....
