I hold DOM shares, so it is my interest that they prosper.
What happens to the company in the short term may well be influenced by technical analysis, but the real story as always is the fundamentals.
Since the last quarter of 2007 the companies performance has consistently disappointed and it has failed to meet its projected goals.
In 2007 we were producing close to 120,000 ounces, and talking of upgrading to figures of 160,000 --- now 2+ years later after all the upgrades we are hoping to get back to 120,000 again, and frankly the market will believe it when it sees it
The divided has fallen and the persistent director selling of cheaply acquired shares is in my opinion a disgrace --- it has all the hallmarks of a company that has lost its way.
So we wait and see what the March quarter will bring ---- if the company produces the goods, its bottom line at its share will prosper, if it doesn't we can look at the charts till we are blue in the face, but it wont change the company fate.
Lets hope they get the show back on the road ---
