So Rudd works closely with this guy for three years and does not even know he speaks German? No wonder they can't find anyone to fill the vacancy.
Either Rudd has produced another piece of spin (read future oversight) or his life revolves so closely around himself he can not reach out to know anything of his closest work colleagues.
