While you are correct to say product has been sold to those clients, I did include the word 'substantial'. One off trial purchases, which most of your nominated clients performed, could not be defined as 'substantial'. As such, any software and firmware updates, that can be a valuable source of cash flow to a company bottomline, cannot be applied to DROs current or future outlook.
