    One reason might be that the sale contract is dependent upon the company demonstrating they have the cash backing to deliver. Another might be that the the customer, might be willing to boost DRO's bank account first in exchange for shares.

    I really don't know, but I have been pondering the exact same question. Why didn't they simply announce the sale first, watch price rise, then raise.

    All this being said - we still don't know that there is a signed sale contract. If there is not however, there could be big problems for DRO after the comment in the quarterly. I imagine Slates and Gords will be watching closely.
