The Saudis. who haven't been paid DRO yet as far as we know. asking for cash backing would be quite funny. I mean if they paid the 3 million they owe DRO than the raise would not be necessary. They were only asking for a 3m bond.
Would you secure more money to send someone more guns when they have not paid for the first round? I would be asking them to put down a deposit!
At any rate the solution would either be to secure a loan or line of credit or to pro-rata to all existing shareholders. We will see.
