Do you think a CR with a 50% discount to Pattersons was a great...

Do you think a CR with a 50% discount to Pattersons was a great idea or could it have been done better at a lesser discount (like 20% DISCOUNT MAXIMUM), especially knowing how Pattos work.
Recently we saw a couple of great announcements which saw the SP go backwards, for instance approval of silk road funding for machinery bought in china, or cobalt rock chip sampling in Ireland....0.13% cobalt, if ANY other ASX listed company reported these figures the SP would have gone through the roof especially with cobalt heading strongly toward 100k US per Tonne.
Although some may disagree, all company's need traders to push the SP up, IMHO a lot of traders got burnt with this 50% CR pushing the SP to below 10 cents, now none of them will touch walkabout and rightly so!
Nothing will move this SP until a mining license is approved, the traders are skeptical of the BOD & it will take awhile for them to trade walkabout again.
