Absolutely - my point being we are not even on the same continent where the ideologies clash, you can't fight a war and be a hero if your some 10,000k away from the hostilities. I take no sides in the conflict of ideas because essentially I don't know enough about the history, but when I want to have peaceful Sunday in the park an all you hear are chants, verbal abuse, protests, street marches something tells me this is not the average aussie in the street because they believe on side or another, it's full on demonstrations for media to cover and I bet there are very few true blue aussies in the fracas and would most likely be enjoying the w/e BBQ at home to avoid all the unpleasantries.

The message is lost in all the BS from all sides!
