Believe placement only with instos no individuals via Pattersons involved. Anyway to early for selling if any from instos. Also remember stock was probably sold down by some existing shareholders who may have expected replacement stock at $1.05 which did not occur so those sellers have had to come back in the market and replace their stock.
In the end it will be the size of the resource that determines the value of this company not issues related to raising funds for continued drilling.
