Matt, I guess I made my position clear in the ST trading forum in regards to LYC's current price level.
If Fundamental Analysis has any validity, I'd expect a reasonable price gain (unquantifiable though, as it would just be a guess)on the 12th , assuming a judicial victory, then back up to the $1.50 level (based on what we hit on TOL approval),once the minister announces positive results from the hearing on the 17th, and TOL issuance.
Thereafter, we may slip a bit until first feed, then move sideways until the first production report hits us.
(All subject to market stability ie. Greece and the other Euro basket cases don't run of the rails)
All tea leaf stuff of course, as time will tell.
