I maybe way out of line here, I am new around these parts.
What if the contracts are not coming, because Ausdrill has sown them up? Telling customers they will soon have Coretrack,
a takeover of course.
Ausdrill Ltd says its $129.5 million share placement has closed heavily oversubscribed and earlier than expected amid strong demand from institutions.
The company intends to use the funds raised from the placement and SPP for the purchase of plant and equipment for new projects.
$129.5 mill would do it.
Just my gut feeling, not sure I am in favour of a takeover,
might be nothing we can do about it,
No contracts coming, why not?
