Report is fair and balanced and a well put togehter appraisal - although I take issue with the extent to which they regard the deep discount as being appropriate based on the infrastucutre alone.

Having said that it was a good appraisal of YML's infrasturcture options and a good analysis of the risk issues facing YML in this conext

However this does highlight the major slingshot effect an infrastructure deal will have on the price.

If investors are prepared to wear a bit of risk, YML can give a huge return based on the current share price.
