I am sorry to learn of your experience, with the broker .
I prefer to carry out my own research.
The Possible pending share issue and the dilutive effect is concerning me.The best decision would be to come clean and say how many shares will be issued and at what price so that investors can take positions if they are interested. If Not then the risk is that those investors will move on and invest elsewhere.One can ask why run a company and miss investors?
Investors are not going to wait while some investors sell out etc , investors will move on there are plenty of other shares .
