some people just don't want there cash locked down for 1, 2 or 3 months in the economic uncertainty... Who knows maybe they feel they want to sit out on the sidelines during the issue of shares and restructure and see what happens on the other side. After all there will probably be no news till next year and as such they can sit and wait and maybe make some money on other stocks during this uncertain time...
