As you know the sp is a projection of future revenue, so although isx isn't earning 6.4 million per year at the moment as the sp indicates, the market is saying that the future revenue is acheivable with the contracts / business isx has written so far.

So basically 30cps could be acheived anytime that the market feels the future earning are justified to warrant that sp. i.e. That would happen tomorrow if isx announced a few new client like xm. That will lift the sp close to 30 cents based on future earnings straight away.

Other that that happening, the business isx has contracted is already in place to increase the sp to 50c according to patterson's, but the market want's to actually see the revenue numbers as proof before the sp creeps higher. So that's why it's a yearly projection. Gives it time to play out and the business to ramp up.

So the answer to your 30 cps timeline question. I'd be disappointed that target wasn't met before the New Year. But hey, I thought we'd be at that sp pricepoint one year ago like many other investors. Just proves there's more to setting up an international business than one thinks. Anyway, no more false starts, were off and running, and we'll see steady forward movement from this point forward.

To your point about rounding up a few new clients, this could be on the cards. Hopefully they have a few up the sleeve after the dual FSE listing.
