Nothing scientific, but I did opine that a 2.5% ORRI would be worth much more than a 10% equity stake, esp considering the high capex, the capex front loading and that CVN would have loads of Aussie tax losses to use.
Then their is the risk, and the dilution for TSV, and I would add the corporate governance risks associated with TSV imvho. Holders have already had about a 25% dilution (discounted) since I first did my analysis of TSV.
