I would take those as the official production targets, but seriously, if they have EOIs totaling 4mtpa and they haven't yet put a shovel in the ground, wouldn't you think the planned output might increase somewhat over the current figures, assuming some or all of the EOIs are converted to contracted output?
Again, current valuations based on production of 1.5 mtpa or less, in my view, seem extremely conservative.
