Howdy Algen, another point to be considered is that Englands top 3 are not performing any better than Australias,at this stage their middle order is a problem,a major problem to us. They are getting in too early for the spinners to have any effect.Stump to stump bowling on a good length with movement is crucial,it doesn't have to be superfast,just controlled. This is where I hope Bird to fit in,they also need to keep Agar for experience a la Warne.
