No they're not Ahjay, that's why it was so disappointing that neither Haddin nor Clarke went for the edge from Root's bat when he was on just 8 that passed at catchable height in between them.
Root had been struggling in the series until then but given the chance that went to waste on 8, and then going onto 180 really hurt.
When you've got someone down you've gotta take whatever chances that come your way to keep them down. You can't afford to let them get back up and yet that's what happened in Root's case.
