My judgements on Desert are not based on his/her understanding of Australian Commercial Law, it's based on the fact that he/she seems way closer to the deal making than you or I or anyone else who posts here. We obviously are focusing on very different aspects of the posters content.

I am not currently a shareholder, but I do honestly hope the deal comes off. It will be beneficial to all Australia. As an investor, I mostly care about it being beneficial to my bank account. Say what you will about me, love or hate, I am honest in my opinions.
