Sorry Oz I know you asked before. That would be a question better directed at Central Desert Native Title srevices who are the representative body in the area and have to give their views on this deal.
The registrars website gives a membership list for WDLAC which numbers in the hundreds.
The Martu Trust I heard had roughly 3000 members.
Funny enough no mention of the Trust that Martu established for receiving and distributing royalty moneys.
it would seem that WDLAC have negotiated them out of any benefits from LD.
