the commercial deal was created by the WDLAC & the Martu

the commercial deal was not created by RWD or any "white" organisation attempting social engineering

the commercial deal with RWD is the same as the other commercial deals created by the WDLAC & the Martu with companies such as Cameco and soon Newcrest

a normal mining agreement is simply permission to mine the land & some possible royalties

or, a normal mining agreement is a refusal for a company to mine the land

but in this case, the WDLAC & the Martu have sought equity ownership in a mining project

the equity ownership in LD was sought by the WDLAC & the Martu

if the WDLAC & the Martu did not want LD to have potash evaporation ponds on it then they would have simply refused permission to RWD and not entered into any negotiations whatsover
