A lot of US funds cannot buy non US securities but can buy US denominated ADRs.
Redflex is almost completely a US domiciled company already, once some of the Yankee fund guys have a look at it, its excellent management, its business model, it's position in the industry, its US$ revenue and US assets plus the growth prospects who knows what they will do.
US multiples as applied to its competitor Nestor would make the present shareprice well over $6.
