Hi Redeer. I have sent a brief history re this 'borrowed' shareholding of 4,000,000 shares to GW. I was present at the 2019 AGM and stopped it for 30mins whilst challenging an incorrect repayment price per share that was written down in the resolution's details. Resolution No. 6 (extension to loan was passed with a huge majority) It needs to be re recorded by more more current holders that he owes much money to the company. or else I understand he forfeits his shares. I will paste my reply that I wrote after that meeting on HotCopper. (see below)


I can't seem to provide a link, but you can do a search to find voting results of 2019 AGM. This contains the results extending the loan. Somewhere in ASX or company info will be the booklet with details of the 7 resolutions that had to be voted on.
