Who knows if they're still selling. I suspect they are to some extent. It's a tad frustrating that Substantial Holders can tip toe around the Change in Holding notices by keeping a steady stream of selling/buying.

Basically, they need to update the market within a few days of buying or selling but the loop hole is that they only need to announce within a few days of them having finished selling. So if they sell parcels for weeks or months and deem the transactions as not yet completed, they can hold off until they've had their fill or until they've slipped below the substantial holder threshold.

That's why we didn't see a notice from them for so long. The upside is that they did actually issue one so maybe they have had enough...

But like I said, who the hell knows.
