Ribeye, our board are far too experienced to accept a cheap take over right now for 3 cents. They already know this company is severely undervalued - just listen to Axel Hoos where he says this back in 2017 when it's basically the SAME market cap as today. Surely we've improved even more since then right? It might be hard to refuse a multiple of 5x (10-12cents +) if they were offered that today but even then the potential for them to make 30/40/50x probably outweighs this. Then again, most companies gambling on phase 2 fail so I'll take 10 cents if it comes down to a vote.
