The only problem with RAD is still 2 to 3 years away from revenue generation or becoming an acquisition target, thus big / smart money will start pouring in 6 months prior to those timeline, I can see even much advanced under trial candidates like TRP, IMM which are expected to have such positive milestones within 1 year are still languishing at much lower levels,

Another problem with target valuation is the less visibility to what competitors are upto until FDA approvals are published, seen the TLX nosedived to 3.5 in couple of months with competitor news flow and then hit higher than previous levels once that news is subsided! Thus RAD is for those who can buy and forget for 2 years!
