How do we know this many will be compensated? How can anyone believe anything that Gillard says anymore is beyond me. She is known to backflip when it suits. Treasury did not have time to measure the $23 carbon pricing - so how do we know Gillard has the numbers right?

And it you look at what Jeeper posted earlier about NZ and it seems their carbon is priced at $11-12 and ours to be at $23. Is this a taste of what is to come:
