I think speculation in property has left us very exposed.
Australians have been living in the giddiness of debt and been spoilt during the Howard years and we are all about to get a kick in the backside.
i also believe politics has been hijacked by the simpletons over the last few years and it is showing in the 'ideas' coming though or more the lack of ideas.
