Keating is right. And yes our politicians are stuck in a low brow race to the bottom.
Gone is the ethos of service. Now it’s a ‘what’s in it for me?’ Mentality which is ruthlessly exploited by vested interests to both majors. We need a fundamental shift in outlook.
I’m sick of the whole thing. We need a game changer. I think Climate 2000 and a formed party (instead of a few Teals) could do it. But it takes money to get that and a lot of us helping financially.
I financially backed them last election but I’d have backed a stunned slug on the piss/meth against LNP and that last jackass, Morrison.
Here’s hoping next time. They should side with the Greens and rationalise their agenda(s).
