No, surprise, I disagree. I'm unconvinced, its in our best interests, to have nuke subs( without nuke weapons). Their so far away, what will protect us at home? The hole idea of nuke subs, is they can be at sea for a very long time. Our nuke subs wont have a second strike deterrent capability. So why are we doing it? I'm along for the ride, because at the low end of the spectrum they will increase our technology capability, overall. Again we need a Caucasian Khan,here in OZ. Our problem is, even though we know, were out gunned (in just about every imaginal field ,militarily) , we wanna play by the rules.
