Just reading through the 31 Dec 2012 annual report.
For a guy that has not delivered great shareholder returns for the 31 Dec 2012 year... is this half a mil base-salary really in the best interest of shareholders?
Just a reminder - Ampella is not a producer yet and majority all income comes straight from capital raisings.
"i. Annual salary
In July 2012 Dr Kitto’s salary was increased from $482,000 to $515,740. Given current market conditions, it is expected that the base salary will remain the same for the duration of 2013. "
Thoughts?
