This is way too much to be paying the MD of a junior explorer. He is based in Perth not Bukina Faso. Also if he is getting that much then everyone else below him is probably way over paid.
With the markets tanking it is time for small explorers to think of cost cutting measures regardless of how much cash they have in the bank.
There are lots of unemployed MD's out there right now and quite a few about to come onto the market as West Perth implodes so I think it is time for the directors to review the salary packages of everyone.
