Plenty of talent out there , and some proven performers like Mark Calderwood (ex-PRU) might be interested in the MD role at AMX if it were to come available. Not that I think thats likely.
But remuneration must be linked to performance , currently it isn't.
Perhaps his remuneration is high because of his dual/role of MD and head GEO ??
What was mark calderwood on during the same stage of PRU ?
