Why did Dr Paul Kitto step down from the board?
In the total absence of any information one can assume that there is either: A) a split from JV partnership that covers some of the better projects in the CRB portfolio, or B) an irreconcilable difference of opinion on the direction to take the company, or C) Dr Kitto has a new job that is so demanding he has regretfully chosen to step down.
As a shareholder I would like to know what is going on in this company and why a Director has either been encouraged to step down or has chosen to step down.
What are we doing to ensure we replace the Director with another suitably qualified individual?
The industry is overflowing with very good early stage exploration opportunities. I would think Carbine is small enough and therefore the company should be nimble enough to take advantage of them is short order.
