    I think Paul still holds 22 million plus shares. Maybe his retirement is not as bright now with the SP at current low level compared to what his retirement could have been when the SP was above $5 a few years ago. Still he should get a nice $10 million retirement cheque from the company sale but it could have been 10 multiples of that a few years ago.
