Paul Pisasale

Since we're all riled about graft and corruption I'm surprised no-one's mentioned the recent fall from grace by the former Ipswich mayor, Paul Pisasale.  Had a meeting in Melbourne, was asked to bring back $50,000 in cash for a Chinese client of his lawyer friend.  Hmmm... Sniffer dogs stopped him at the boarding gate.   Then we were told he was really in Melbourne to meet Jamie Oliver and his Ministry of food people.  Hmmm... funny that, Ministry of food denied the meeting took place. Now we are told a land developer who wants to do business in Ipswich was also at the said meeting where the $50,000 exchange took place.  But had nothing to do with it.  Hmmm... holy moly, Paul Pisasale is our Donald Trump.  Thank goodness he's not from my part of Queensland.  Stockland's has got the Sunshine Coast landlocked already.  Sad thing about the entire kerfuffle is that Pisasale has brought his multiple sclerosis, red jammies and the Ipswich hospital into his closing arguments.  What a tosser.
