Reiffel being castigated in subcon media for favoring England in recently concluded test series against Sri Lanka .
Among many other favours in the series, in first test at Lords with two overs and two wickets to go for an English win, SL player nicked the ball with the glove away from the bat and walked off. England players were surprised but 'gentlemanly’ did not call him back and Reiffel with a cheeky smile agreed. One wicket and two balls to go, tailender clearly knicked the ball onto the pad and Reiffel gave him out to the surprise of the commentators and onlookers. Luckily for SL a review remained, drew the match and went on to win the series by winning the second test.
