Denial, can you recall or steer us to where he has indicated this notion of a clause, where they would not accept a proposal prior to 008 readout pls?

I have written on this previously (and it will cost me a number of cartons of beer, if I am wrong), that I have never seen a clause, added to an NDA, that states that an interested party could not make a formal proposal before X date, or that the vendor would not be accepting proposals of interest.

Think about the lunacy of such a strategy, especially when it is standard operating procedure to just add performance hurdles to be paid X$$s, when / if the company achieves certain milestones. You leave nothing on the table while doing this (as Dungiven says above).
