Benign explanation:
1. leveraged position funded with term loan some time ago at very low rates now faced very high cost to renew.
2. sub underwriters for the $1.30 CR dumping remaining shares.
gloomy explanation:
1. trials, or some trials, are going badly.
2. changes at Bene.
3. mass shootings in the US where PAR people are staying.
4. I have only just bought a few!!! This is the MOST LIKELY reason.
Just wild mumblings trying to rationalise the relatively heavy selling.
