@Dungiven let it be known that i have been wrong about timing of capital raises 411 times out of 413 to date....

plenty of unknowns re deals... in that will they happen? what amount for upfront? who then spends on the trials from that date onwards? is there restrictions on where money has to be spent? the answers to the above for china and MPS will tell us if we get free cash or not to advance European, USA and TGA OA registration further from those deals...i think china is more likely to free us up cashflow... but, no idea how big a chance (or when) that is... only hopeful.

the other thread factored in worst case... i guess i see the rest of PAR very bullishly... so a real fear of where PAR could fall over would be if they left cash too little too late in a sh!tty macro environment... that to me would be a risk (however unlikely)... so they may again play it conservatively... my eyes are a little more open this time around... at least im trying to convince myself of that..
