WA voters wanted Barnett gone...regardless...point number one. Labor have had the numbers and drawers full of the cash to run a slick campaign to win Government.
The fact that there was a preference deal with ON may have assisted the LNP secure the number of votes they did.
One Nation had only recently registered the Party in WA and were able to put Candidates up to run. Some were pretty shabby Candidates who did their own Party no favours.
In the 60 - 90 days that One Nation were in the running in WA they secured close to 5% of the vote...not bad from a standing start.
The lefties will still be out swinging against One Nation, Pauline Hansen, and everything she and her Party stand for. She is almost hated on the local Political scene by both Journo's and Politicians alike.
