Davo - Yes, I am disappointed too.
However, I am heartened on the whole by most Australians, that they DO discuss politics over dinner, we do have a forum on Pauline Hanson on Hotcopper... I can tell my friends I am a Liberal - despite all of them being either Labour of Green voting - and they still like me!
My children's school still has competitive sport, and the teachers are still allowed to give my kids a hug when they fall over. I work in a company where we have employees from practically every country in the world, of different races and religions - and we are all Aussies.
That's why I speak out - to keep it real, to keep it great!
