The above would suggest that the cops would need to get the situation under control as rapidly as possible!
To me, the necessity to get the situation rapidly under control, may unfortunately result in some form of injury or at worst death.
I imagine that police responses to certain incidents is based on RISK ASSESSMENT...I guess that even at home the risk assessment would be different for domestic violence - from an emotive point off view - to a stolen car apprehension.
To me, there are two factors that needs to be addressed in the US; Firstly, the control of the proliferation’s of guns and secondarily the attitude towards life by these racial groups need to change.
Unless they stop blaming others for their lifestyle choices, removal of guns will simply slow down the speed rate of deaths.
