    Actually you have still missed the point - the critical element was not whether an addictive substance was present as in both cases it was an option rather it was the level of stimulation and social engagement - ie social enrichment. Hence my suggestion that it might be interesting to study particular sets of communities.

    If you want to delve further you might want to explore the link between socialisation, focus and dopamine because dopamine disruption may be implicated. Do you want more?

    It is always dangerous to draw a conclusion on solutions based on a flawed understanding of the research
