    WB, Eritrea already had human rights issues and soveriegn risk issues even when STB reached $6 bucks.... Companies bought large stakes into STB at a high prices. Why did these things happen, if these risks were so bad? And now all of a sudden when STB reaches lows, these issues now become a problem???
