Also stronger iron ore fundamentals, more liquidity/cashed up buyers around and project is more advanced than 2008 when this speculation announcement came out so a north of US$650mill buyout could be very realistic. Sub $20 per ton opex is truly world class for product over 68%fe. Already over 2 months in on the updated PFS work so shouldn't be too much longer now. When this pfs drops it will truly surprise the market on the quality of the project imo
