    '...debase the dollar'

    it should only debase the dollar when there is substantial outflow of usd out of the country!

    however with all the apple boeing dow ge gm ford kraft ibm intel merk microsoft macdonald microsoft protor products sold overseas, the dollar is not debasing much!

    as well, the usd is still the reserve currency!
